Tiber Solutions, LLC was founded in 2005 by data warehousing expert Jim Hadley to provide thought leadership in the areas of business intelligence and data warehousing.

Founder and President
Jim Hadley is Founder and President of Tiber Solutions, LLC; a professional services company focused on delivering business intelligence/data warehouse leadership and solutions to corporations and government agencies. Mr. Hadley has been a data warehouse practitioner for over 15 years and has extensive experience in all facets of data warehouse projects, from requirements analysis to deployment and training. He is an expert in dimensional modeling, ETL architectures, and BI solution architectures. Mr. Hadley has provided business intelligence/data warehouse expertise to companies representing a wide range of industries including financial services, healthcare, technology, government, energy, education, and hospitality.
Prior to founding Tiber Solutions, Mr. Hadley led all database product design efforts as Senior Vice President of Product Engineering for a privately held database software company. He also directed all BI application product development efforts as Director of Application Engineering at Sagent Technology. He has held senior consulting positions at Sagent and Talus. Mr. Hadley spent the first 8 years of his career at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) holding senior consulting and management positions.
Mr. Hadley holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering with honors from Vanderbilt University.
